Fitness Tip of the Day

Add some intensity! Don't let your workouts become stale. Your body is quick to adapt. If you want a change in your body, you've got to occasionally challenge your body by increasing the intensity of your workouts. For a great fat-buring workout, add some sprints or plyometrics!
